Administrator/Billing

Responsible for marketing administration including accounts payable, sales person billing, licensing, continuing education courses and RE/MAX awards & clubs for sales persons.

Bob Fowler - ext. 478
Network Administrator & IT

Evaluates and recommends purchases of computers, network hardware & provides tech support. Configures and maintains all aspects including websites, network cabling, security and systems. Website programming is also on his list.

Lori Heley - ext. 524
Graphic Designer

Responsibilities include the design of the Exclusive Escarpment newsletters, postcards, brochures, newspaper advertisements, bench signs, logos, business cards, photo manipulation, etc. for outside printers and/or publications. Also for the design of websites, e-mail headers/footers and e-mail newsletters.

Design and layout of our in-house Home Tour magazine published bi-weekly & featured inside RESALE Homes.

Leigh Boyter - ext. 498
Advertising/Administrative Assistant

Responsible for all aspects of advertising including Spectator & Buyers Guide. Also responsible for all aspects of marketing promotional materials including creation of Market Share Graphs/charts, mailing lists & Market Share Statistics.

Lauren Glegg - ext. 484
Marketing Assistant

Responsible for promotional material including feature sheets, C.M.A’s, temporary business cards, just sold/just listed cards for printing in-house. Also Referral Course Training Session materials.
