About Ivona

I am a realtor and property manager for commercial and residential properties across Oakville, Waterdown, Stoney Creek and St. Catharine's.  My 20 year experience in property management and Social Work background has honed my skills in understanding people's wants/needs, active listening and communicating, time management, critical thinking, problem solving and creating and executing plans.  I'm knowledgeable on the current market and trends, I possess innovative marketing strategies, I'm intuitive, persistent and always professional.  Whether it's buying, selling or investing I make the transaction a pleasurable experience.  I love challenges as I always aim to find resolutions and the most rewarding part of my job is satisfied clients.

 My grandfather was a developer/property owner and manager of multiple investment properties and showed me the ropes when it came to investing and managing differing types of real estate (commercial, residential, condos). 

I was born in Macedonia and moved to Canada at the tender age of 7 years old.  I lived in the city of Oakville from 1996-2018 and have been residing in the city of Burlington from 2018 until present. 

Growing up in a multi-generational family I loved to hear stories from my grandparents about their life journey, adventures, struggles and successes.  My family taught me that no goal is too high to reach and if you set your mind to it you can achieve anything.  

I'm creative, intuitive, I love to think outside the box, I'm social, outgoing, persistent and quite the multi tasker.  

My passions are being a mom to my son Silas, health, fitness, nutrition and travel.

Did I mention I'm a dog lover (my dog's name is Huck and he's an American Bulldog/Boxer mix) and wine enthusiast?
