The dog days of summer have not hit RE/MAX Escarpment and RE/MAX Niagara, and consumers know it! RE/MAX Escarpment is down 17% this July from July 2021, and up a whopping 40% in listings. Thus showing consumers have confidence in our team over agents in our trading area of Hamilton-Burlington and Oakville-Milton which posted sales of -35% and -45.5% respectively. RE/MAX Niagara outsold our Niagara competition by 13% for the month of July. One thing is for sure our competitors are still on holidays, as we outsold them 6.5 times.
