RE/MAX Escarpment and RE/MAX Niagara have completely blown by their respective trading areas and their competition. The areas of Hamilton-Burlington posted -37.8% compared with June 2021, along with Oakville-Milton at -30.4%, and Niagara at -44.3%. RE/MAX Escarpment (-14%) was ahead of Hamilton/Burlington and surrounding by nearly 24%, and in Oakville/Milton by over 16%. And our RE/MAX Niagara team (-26.7%) outpace their trading area by nearly 18%.
