Month after month RE/MAX Escarpment and RE/MAX Niagara have outperformed our competition throughout the regions of Hamilton, Halton and Niagara. Our Escarpment team outperformed Oakville-Milton by 18.8 percentage points and Hamilton-Burlington by 23.6 percentage points. In Niagara our momentum outshone the Niagara Association of REALTOR®s by 12.4 percentage points. All told when you combine our two companies sales for the month of November, and combine all the sales in the 3 real estate boards we trade in, we represented 68.2% of the transactions where we represented a buyer, seller, or both.
