Sales remain steady for June 2019 with new listing inventories decreasing. This will put pressure on unsold inventory. Sales are back at 2017 levels year-to-date, with 2019 sales numbers being off by only a half of one percent, or roughly 25 transactions. The summer will continue with a strong pace, as appointments are up 24+ percent over last year - a strong indicator that buyers are still out in full force.
