Appointments declined, not unexpectedly, leading up to the last long weekend of summer 2021. The sold/appointment index dropped to 13.7, similarly to what it was 2 weeks ago.
Last August, the Appointment Centre achieved the most appointments booked in a single month with 17,696 appointments. This August, we are only slightly behind this record breaking number with 16,186 appointments booked.
Hamilton saw only slight fluctuations in popular price ranges, but remained in the mid-to-high ranges. In Burlington, the $1-2M price range has retaken the top spot followed by mid-high price ranges. Niagara continues to represent low, mid and high price ranges in the top 5.
