Doug Sider has spent more than 20 years as an organizational leader building teams, empowering individuals, and assisting organizations navigate through change. As a connector, builder, visionary and servant leader, Doug is now bringing his experience and service to help individuals and families navigate the ever changing real estate market.

As a husband and father of four, nothing is more important to Doug than his family. Second is being in a home where his family can create memories and live their lives. Wanting everyone to be able to feel the same peace and joy in their home, Doug listens to the individual needs of his clients to successfully guide them through the often-stressful experience of buying or selling a home.

Though his dedication lies in Niagara with his family, Doug is also passionate about connecting and serving globally. He continues to help those in need by donating a portion of his net commission to provide housing for families in need in Nicaragua.
