The first week of January started strong, appointments booked are in line with pre-Holiday season numbers. Appointments are up +83.2% compared to the previous week.
The appointment/sold index has risen to 19.0 appointments, more than double that of the last few weeks in December, illustrating that a substantial influx of new buyers are entering the market.
The $1-2M price range continues to see the most demand in Halton, while Hamilton favoured the more affordable $550-600k price range. Niagara saw a slight shuffle in popular price ranges, but remained in the mid-high ranges.
