January 2024 has started with a tremendous amount of market confidence. Our appointments began to rise early in the month, which led to solid sales activity. This was a record January for us at RE/MAX Escarpment and Niagara where we saw over 1000 transactions. We lead in all of our major trading areas of Halton, Hamilton, Haldimand. And Niagara. Consumers certainly had the confidence in us over our competitors, when it came to trusting our agents to market and sell their homes. We clearly outperformed every real estate board, which we are a part of when it came to new listings in the first month of this year. Well done RE/MAX E&N!!!
