What's happening in the Appointment Centre? June 14 - 20

One of the most encouraging signs in this week's data is how efficiently buyer activity is converting into sales. While 3,242 appointments were booked during the week of June 14–20, that's virtually identical to the 3,238 appointments recorded during the comparable week in 2024. The difference is what happened next: 366 properties sold this week, compared to 313 sold during the same period in 2024 and 319 sold in 2025.

In other words, buyers aren't necessarily booking dramatically more showings—they're making decisions faster. Despite operating in a more balanced market, this week's sales total was the strongest of the past four years for this period, suggesting that serious buyers remain active and confident when the right property comes to market.

The trend we're seeing in 2026 is a market driven less by volume and more by intent. Buyers are being selective, but when they find value, they're acting.
