Appointments held relatively steady last week with only a 1.7% decrease over the previous week. Once again, our Monday and Friday numbers have almost book-ended the week with 501 and 502 appointments respectively. We are used to Fridays being the highest for the week, but the number of appointments on Mondays have been unusually high.
Price ranges continue to remain stable in Hamilton and Niagara, while Burlington continues to fluxuate between luxury pricepoints, mid and low ranges.
Overall, appointments for the first week of June have increased 19.5% over the same time frame in 2018.
