In doing so, I remain vigilant about both: current market conditions and need/choice of each client. After analyzing the both, I discuss with my client about the most suitable options. My excellent (i) analytical capability, (ii) knowledge about sales/marketing and market conditions, and (iii) negotiating skill compliment my effort. It also keeps me competitive in the market. I pride myself on my connections with versatile communities. It makes me a significantly visible person in the market of real estate.
