April unit sales at RE/MAX Escarpment and Niagara have outpaced all of our trading areas considerably, as 3 out of the 4 real estate boards we trade in posted negative sales numbers. Our combined year-to-date numbers are also exceeding the competition in our marketplace with Escarpment and Niagara agents outselling local agents by nearly 7 to 1. Listing inventories continue to grow within Hamilton, Halton, Niagara and the GTA, however 3 out of the 4 weeks in April our 2 companies outsold our new listings consistently, making us the real estate company with proven performers.
