What’s happening in the Appointment Centre? February 1 – 7

2026 is showing signs of being a healthier market than in the past, which we conversely experienced during the initial weeks of 2023-2025, where appointment momentum collapsed quickly.  
Across most years, appointment momentum drops sharply after week 1, in 2026 the initial spike drove longer engagement. In other words Appointment momentum in 2026 diminishes less aggressively with sales continuing to trend upwards instead of stalling. This puts 2026 closer to the strongest historical conversion pattern, not an average year.
When appointment momentum holds after Week 1, sales reliably follow, and 2026 is tracking toward the strongest follow-through we’ve seen in years.
