The encouraging news is that those appointments continue to translate into strong sales, with 372 properties sold and an Appointment-to-Sold Index of 8.6, one of the strongest conversion rates seen in recent years.
Looking at the bigger picture, today's market continues to outperform where it matters. Compared to 2025, appointment activity is slightly ahead for the month, and buyers are converting to sales even more efficiently. Compared to the exceptionally busy 2020 and 2021 markets, appointment volumes are lower, but today's buyers are far more decisive, resulting in stronger sales relative to the number of showings.
After several years of changing market conditions, this is the type of trend that points to a healthier and more balanced market. Serious buyers are active, well-priced homes are moving, and the numbers continue to suggest steady momentum heading toward the fall market.
