Predictably, as in years past, the appointment centre saw a slight drop in the number of appointments booked due to the March Break holiday. However, March is already an incredible 21.3% higher in appointment volume than the first half of March in 2018. Our Sold/Appointment Index dropped slightly to 13.6 appointments on average per property sold during this time. Burlington and West Lincoln saw high activity in our Top 5 Districts, along with the usual Hamilton Mountain, East and Centre. Popular price ranges rose slightly in Hamilton, with the $640-$700k price point in our 5th spot, while Burlington saw activity that varied across the board.
