2026 Showing Seasonality vs the Last Decade

The six consecutive weeks of showing growth is stronger consistency than most early spring periods.

Showing levels are now surpassing 2024 and 2025 early-spring activity, indicating buyers are re-entering the market after a slower cycle caused by higher borrowing costs.

While still below the extreme pandemic years (2021–2022), showing levels are now approaching the healthier market activity levels seen in 2019 and early 2023.

If listings rise slowly while showing activity climbs quickly, the market could shift toward more competitive conditions through the spring.
