We saw appointments go down -3.4% as buyers and sellers took a break over the Holiday Weekend, which pulled our seasonal weekend numbers lower. As you can see, Tuesday was the one day high prior to the long weekend.
The appointment/sold index dropped to 10.6, indicating that buyers took this weekend as a breather. Special note - our solds outpaced our listings showing a shift in the market as inventory is snapped up.
In all of our trading areas, we saw the $1-2M price ranges take the #1 spot. In Hamiton, we saw a slight shuffle but remained in the mid-high ranges. In Halton, we saw the mid, high and luxury price ranges in the top 5. Niagara saw low, mid and high price ranges.
