Buyer activity continues to trend in a positive direction across our marketplace.
This week, the Appointment Centre recorded 3,343 appointments, up 2.0% from the previous week, showing that buyers remain engaged and actively exploring opportunities. Along with 284 properties sold and 288 new listings, the market continues to maintain a healthy balance between new inventory and buyer demand.
Another encouraging sign is the Appointment-to-Sold Index, which increased to 11.8, well above the 30-day average of 10.3. This indicates that strong appointment activity is continuing to support solid sales results.
Looking at the broader trend, May appointments totaled 14,917, a 2.3% increase year-over-year, reinforcing that consumer confidence and market engagement remain steady as we move further into the spring and summer market.
The takeaway for agents is encouraging: buyers are active, listings are attracting attention, and opportunities continue to exist for those staying in front of their clients and consistently working their business.
