November 2025 shows mild reactivation but still well within an efficient demand environment. Furthermore, the past week had very high inventory absorption at 125% nearing this year’s high set in July 13–19, 2025 at 127.8% absorption.
Based on eight-year seasonality, December 2025 is projected to land between 8.1 and 9.0 appointments per sale.
