For October 11–17, RE/MAX Escarpment & Niagara recorded 289 properties sold — up 28.4% compared to the same week last year, despite appointment activity remaining virtually unchanged.
Even more impressive, sales were 21.9% higher than the comparable week in 2024.
While October appointment activity is running 4.4% below last year's pace, this week's appointments increased 2.8%, showing renewed momentum.
