On the seller side, 314 new listings hit the market, up from 299 the previous week! Seeing more than 300 new listings in a single week is an encouraging sign that sellers are regaining confidence and feeling more comfortable entering the market.
The takeaway? Buyers appear to be acting with greater purpose, sellers are stepping forward with renewed confidence, and the market is showing signs of positive momentum.
