The first full week of people being back into their fall routines is showing encouraging momentum in the market.
Buyers are slowly coming back, with 2,750 appointments booked, up 4.5% week over week and marking the second straight week of increased appointment activity.
Sellers are showing confidence as well, with 399 new listings hitting the market, keeping inventory levels strong heading into the fall.
Most importantly, that activity is converting into transactions, with 295 properties sold — up 13.5% from the previous week.
The sales-to-new-listings ratio also climbed to 48.1%, while RE/MAX EN reached 73.9%.
We’re not seeing a sudden rush, but the numbers are showing a steady return of both buyer activity and seller confidence.
