Despite 2 snow days this past week, appointments are still up +10.8% compared to the previous week. Wednesday saw an influx of appointments as buyers rushed to see homes before the snowfall, and even during the storm buyers booked nearly 600 showings each day Thursday - Saturday.
The appointment/sold index rose to 15.5, indicating a steady pace to the market, however Solds continue to keep pace with New Listings so this number may drop if we don’t see new inventory.
In Hamilton, the mid price ranges rose to the top, followed by high-mid prices. In Halton, the $1-2M price range continues to be at the top. Niagara continues to represent the mid-high price ranges.
