Lidia Petrunas is a valued member of our team with more than 26 years of local experience as a real estate professional. Lidia is well-known for her extensive knowledge, caring customer service and “client first” approach. She works tirelessly to ensure her clients are fully satisfied with all aspects of their real estate sale or purchase.

Before becoming involved in real estate, Lidia worked with a wide range of clients including seniors and was instrumental in meeting their specialized housing needs. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Lidia has expertise counseling clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved with relocating, refinancing or selling the family home, which can be an emotional process for many.

The SRES designation is an important one as it indicates that Lidia has the training and expertise to walk clients through life transitions with sensitivity, respect, and expertise. Lidia has a unique understanding of the needs of older clients and their adult children; from downsizing to making the move to a retirement community, Lidia has the experience to ensure a smooth transition.

In addition to SRES, Lidia has also received recognition as a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). The SRS designation recognizes real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and skills associated with providing professional and ethical representation for their clients. This is a stamp of approval that shows you're in good hands!

Fully fluent in English and Italian, Lidia's community connections and background allow her to connect with a diverse range of homeowners, business-owners, industrial and commercial real estate investors. When she is not working, Lidia enjoys volunteering with many local agencies to give back to the Hamilton / Halton community.
