Michelle joined the family business as a Sales Representative in early 2022 and couldn’t be

happier with her decision. She takes great pride in helping clients find their ideal home,

advocating for them and making sure they understand each step of the real estate process.

Michelle is knowledgeable, approachable and dedicated to offering the best possible sale or

house hunting experience for each individual or family she works with. Along with the rest of

the Court Baxter team, Michelle is passionate about client service and building relationships.

Michelle spent much of her career as a successful small business owner who operated a busy

salon in downtown Burlington for over a decade. She’s lived in the Burlington area for most of

her life and has been an Aldershot resident for nearly 20 years. Michelle and her husband have

two kids in hockey, so you may run into her at one of the local rinks when she’s cheering them

on. Michelle and her family also enjoy going on bike rides, hanging out at the waterfront beaches

and enjoying other local amenities. If you’re new to the area, she’d love to show you
