Patrick Scanlon

I grew up on the West Mountain and attended Westmount High School, followed by Mohawk College. In my younger days I worked in a variety of trades where I developed a knowledge of home construction that helps in my real estate career today.

Over the last decade my wife and I have bought and sold a number homes spanning across the Hamilton Mountain. This is where I discovered a love for real estate and as the saying goes: 'If you love what you do, you never have to work a day in your life.'

When I am not at work my time is spent with my wife and our two beautiful daughters. Between the two of them you can find me either at the gymnastics club or on the sidelines of the soccer field.

Being a resident of Hamilton my entire life, I truly believe that it is the hidden gem of Ontario and I strongly believe you deserve the best service the first time around.
