Having witnessed her fathers successful and fulfilling 35-year career in real estate, Shellie grew up touring open houses and attending sales &amp; marketing seminars, events that sparked her interest in the business very early on. In High School, Shellie worked administration in the local Re/Max brokerage learning the importance of developing relationships in a fast-paced environment. Growing up in the Niagara region, Shellie was fortunate to experience and explore all the wonders of the area first hand. While working on her university degree, she started working for a Niagara winery providing exceptional customer service in a fine dining environment. Her drive and ability to execute customer satisfaction landed her a promotion to manage the wine-to-home delivery sales department. After taking some years to grow her family, Shellie decided to apply her sales and customer service skills to grow her real estate business. Her experience in new construction is extensive, having worked for a local builder she had the opportunity to experience first-hand the many roles involved in running a small, successful real estate development company. Years later, this opportunity led her to a larger scale development, focusing on senior retirement residences.
