We are Sarit and Jordan Zalter, a mother and son real estate team. We believe that there is power in knowledge moreso than power in numbers. We have a combined 35 years of experience, as our family has been selling real estate in Hamilton since we moved here in 1996, and together have successfully represented over 1000 clients. How do we do it? We love what we do!

When choosing to work with us, you get the power of both of us! We have merged our strengths to become the ultimate choice for those looking to buy and sell in the city. Our mission is to empower our clients with information as we work towards our common goal of their next home purchase or sale.

Sarit is the fearless leader of our team. She is known as one of the best negotiators in the city (you want her on your side of an offer) yet is also the emotional and empathetic leader of our team. She truly cares about each and every one of our clients, often becoming a shoulder to lean on for matters outside of real estate. We also find ourselves becoming lifetime friends with many of our past and current clients, and Sarit’s willingness to lend a helping hand and show her true personality is a main reason why.

Jordan is the real estate geek. He is always looking to learn more and more about the ins and outs of our industry. Whether it be looking into the newest marketing trends to better position our listings for our seller clients, or studying the constant evolution of the buying and selling experience. He is also a registered builder, with a passion for the construction and design elements of real estate. When choosing to work with us, you can take comfort in knowing that we have a deeper understanding of many aspects of a home and we want to share that knowledge with you!
