As a couple with limited time we told Donna what we wanted in a house. As opposed to other real estate agents who dragged us out to see 20 houses at a time, none of which we cared for, Donna took the time to make sure we only saw houses we wanted to. When we finally found the house we'd been looking for, an experienced professional handled the negotiations to get us our price. Donna was calm and collected throughout the negotiations and her calmness gave us confidence during this nerve-wracking time. I would wholeheartedly recommend Donna Lavin to everyone, she worked for us and got us the house we wanted at a price we wanted. Thanks Donna, for everything.

We were most impressed with the extremely professional manner in which you handled the transaction, while at the same time remaining completely approachable and friendly. We valued and appreciated the very sound and pertinent advice that you gave us regarding the preparation of the house for marketing and viewing. It made this, our first venture in selling property, so much less intimidating and more enjoyable. We hope we can continue to keep in touch as we feel that you have, indeed, become a valued friend.

Thank you so very much for all your hard work in selling our home. We know the commitment and sacrifice you made. We felt you to be a true friend throughout the last number of months and thank you greatly for your thoughtfulness and caring.

"We have nothing but the highest praise for Donna. We appreciated her blend of professionalism and warmth. We felt that she was eager to listen to us and quick to grasp what we were looking for in a house. It is this attitude partnered with her skill in closing deals that made us so pleased we had chosen her as our Real Estate Agent. What mattered most to us however, was Donna's unwavering integrity. This became more and more obvious as we came to know Donna and watch her work. In summary, we would not hesitate to highly recommend Donna Lavin to anyone. She represents the perfect blend of skill, integrity and warmth. We are so grateful to her for guiding us through the maze of purchasing our home. At long last, we ended up in our dream home and we could not be more pleased. Thank you Donna for all of your hard work."

We are first time buyers in which we had no idea on what we were doing. We were very scared and had a lot of questions which were answered in plain English from Donna. We really appreciate the help and the time that Donna has given to us and we recommend her to anyone that is buying or selling their home. We take our hats off to Donna for all her knowledge and hard work.
