“Hi I wanted to share my experience working with Julia this past February. I have so many great things to say about Julia, that I really do not know where to start. Let me put it this way-if I had another property for sale I would hire Julia in a heart beat! Why? She is very professional, knowledgeable and precise with her work. She guided me through the process and assisted in every step of the way. She handled “my” stress in the way that I felt selling the property was nothing but “a walk in the park”. Julia asked the right questions, provided very supportive and professional services and her assistance was indispensable throughout the entire process. Julia was very patient and she seemed to realized that I was totally out of my element. Julia assisted me with EVERYTHING and Her patience knew no bounds. I know that I couldn’t have done it without her!! I have, and will continue to recommend Julia to everyone I know who is even considering selling their property. Julia, from the bottom of my heart.THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!”

We are very happy with the service provided by Kamycki Group. Monika and Julia were very helpful with providing advice for the preparation of our house for sale. They did thorough research on house prices in our area providing us with the best advice as to how to price our house. They also provided us with beautiful pictures and a video tour of our house. We sold our house in 5 days for a price more than what we wanted. As our main agent, we worked with Julia, we spent a lot of time on the phone with her or messaging. She was always available for us and responded promptly to our questions. We highly recommend her services.

I had the pleasure of being the client of Monika Kamycki and Julia Czyzewski from Kamycki Group when I was selling my property. They both have gone above and beyond for me. Very professional, always responsive, kind, caring, honest, and.... funny! If I ever sell or buy a home again I will most definitely be using them. Thank you Monika and Julia for your hard work. It was an amazing experience working with you both.

Julia, Monika and the team did an excellent job preparing my home for sale. The staging process was effortless. They showcased it beautifully. When my home sold, they worked very hard to negotiate top dollar. Julia is a very kind, approachable and listened to all my needs. She went above and beyond to give me a wonderful experience when selling my home. Thanks again for a great experience.

It was a pleasure working with Julia and Monika for the sale of our condo. They are extremely professional and were able to get us a quick sale. We were also impressed with their staging and loved the fact that their team is very responsive. Will definitely work with them again!Thank you Julia and Monika!
