I contacted Oliver Van Beek very early one morning before business hours and I was surprised by receiving a call back within minutes. This prompted a search for a property and a meeting hours later. Upon meeting, Oliver was very professional and extremely organized. He showed me multiple units and later that day we signed an offer. He provided excellent guidance and recommendations throughout the process, including providing the contact information for the utility providers, even going as far as contacting Bell to handle details. Once I moved in a few days later, he followed up to assist with further questions. I strongly recommend Oliver for your next move and give him a 5-Star rating, but would give him a 10-STAR rating if possible.
